The lush, verdant Dunfermline farm – site of a venerable, ruined distillery – lies nestled inland from Grenada’s wild east coast, where cane grows over diverse volcanic & alluvial soils

Our original home for new cane varieties, Nursery farm is as even, soft & fertile as the name suggests, dark clay gently rising to a crest of red iron laterite soil at its inland end.

Our terroirs march down the volcanic slopes of Lake Antoine, from the wind-rattled tops to the rich, water-retentive soils at the base, each yielding remarkably individual characters.
