DEVON’S DESCRIPTION

Devon Date, our distillery manager, is the man who assembles our harmonious Cuvée Concepts.

Style:  Caribbean Aged.
Appearance: Transparent, golden brown
Aroma: Spicy, with sweet caramel & vanilla.
Flavour: Dried fruits, with a little oak; caramel & nuts.
Finish: Smooth, warm.

Field Notes

Our original home for new cane varieties, Nursery farm is as even, soft & fertile as the name suggests, dark clay gently rising to a crest of red iron laterite soil at its inland end.

Here distinct cane flavours have been captured as unique distillates – terroir by terroir, field by field – with unparalleled integrity, totally traceable & transparent.

The Sound of Nursery Farm

The muster of people chatting is noticeable among the low-grown sugarcane. Even the sound of a bread salesman vrooms by on his evening shift trying to sell his freshly baked goods. A river burbles next to the sugarcane farm, as the trickling sound leads into another; Hidden behind a large tree in the middle of the farm, a patch of musical bamboo creaks. This beautiful sound lingers as wind gently blows and spreads it throughout the fields.
