DEVON’S DESCRIPTION

Devon Date, our distillery manager, is the man who assembles our harmonious Cuvée Concepts.

Style: Caribbean aged.
Appearance: golden brown.
Aroma: Gentle oak with additional fruity notes, floral, and sweet vanilla.
Flavour: Tart & spicy, with butterscotch, sweet vanilla, citrus and toffee.
Finish: Lingering, smooth, clean & peppery.

Our terroirs march down the volcanic slopes of Lake Antoine, from the wind-rattled tops to the rich, water-retentive soils at the base, each yielding remarkably individual characters.

High sloping terrain exposes the farm to strong, easterly winds from the Atlantic Ocean. Roaming cattle and sheep intermittently bleat nearby. The largest of the farms, gives way for an altering of sounds as you move from one undulating end of the farm to the next.
