Old Bacolet at sunset. Farmers from the surrounding area are on the farm collecting vines and bagasse from the sides of the fields, and loading it into their truck. Evening is peacefully settling over the farm – it’s not long until crickets will start their nightly concert.

Appearance: A brilliant, clear gold
Nose: A complex melody of thrilling, perfumed floral notes with darker, duskier, roasty tones. Sweet, spicy and intensely aromatic.
Palate: A full, high-definition arrival revelling in the intensity of pure cane rum and this distinctive terroir. Vivid, fresh citrus fruit and bright spices carry over a silky, indulgent vanilla custard, buoyed by unctuous spirit texture.
Finish: Smooth, round and comfortingly warming. Drifts gently away.
